🌞 Good Morning Blessings & Grateful Hearts 🌞

Hello, dear brothers and sisters in Christ! If you received a flurry of late-night texts from me, it’s because it was quite the eventful night! After Gracie’s surgery, we were out like lights as soon as she settled back in her room. The good news? Dr. Cruz, our fantastic GI specialist, reported that everything went beautifully—no complications, no stones, but they did find a little leakage, which led to a stent placement. This stent will hang out with Gracie for about 8 weeks before its grand exit.

Feasting on Ice Chips & Jello Gracie’s upgraded to a real feast today: ice chips, apple and cranberry juices, and the crown jewel—jello! They’ve just checked her vitals and drawn blood to keep tabs, and here’s the best part: Gracie’s in ZERO pain and feeling NO nausea! Triple praise God for that! Praise God! Praise God! Hallelujah!

Phone Lines Open! She’s got her phone back, so if you’d like to send her a text or call, she’s ready for some messages of love and laughter.

A Grateful Mama As for Mom, she’s been riding her own rollercoaster of worry and relief. She’s so grateful for every one of you who’s visited or prayed with her and for Gracie. Her day in rehab may have been a bit challenging, but she’s fully focused on Gracie’s healing journey. Gracie simply says, “Thank you, prayer works!” Amen to that!
