Isaiah 41:4 states, "Who has performed and done this, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am He."

Who has performed and done this?

This rhetorical question points to the incredible feats of creation and history, asking who is responsible for them. It emphasizes God's role as the initiator and sustainer of all things. 

This verse highlights God's power and sovereignty, emphasizing He is the one who initiates and carries out His plans, from the beginning of time to the end. 

Father God thank You for Your amazing power and work in our lives, thank You for Your goodness and blessings over us. Thank You for hope in difficult times, strengthening us for Your purposes.
