John 14:1 states: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me."

This verse should encourage us  believers to remain steadfast in our faith, even during times of uncertainty and change. 

Jesus is comforting his disciples, reminding them that despite his upcoming departure, they shouldn’t be afraid or troubled. He is encouraging them to trust in God and also in him. 

This verse is part of Jesus' farewell and addressing their fear about his departure by assuring them he’s not abandoning them. 

Father God, thank You for Your word today and our hearts won’t be troubled. In our moments of uncertainty our faith will remain steadfast and trust in Your unwavering love and provision to prevail. May our hearts be filled with peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, Amen." 👏🏽
