2 Corinthians 3:18

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

What a powerful verse, transformed into glory, from one degree of glory to another. Let this sink in, that we might become more like Jesus today than we were yesterday and more like Jesus tomorrow than we look like Jesus today and in the process find ourselves being transformed by God through His Spirit, from one degree of glory to another. Until one day, in the words of 1 John 3 we shall see him and become like him. We will be fully transformed into glory, glorified with Jesus, fully conformed into his image.

Father God, we pray this over our lives today. We want to become more like Jesus who is our hope, joy and Savior. Father God, grant us wisdom so we will desire righteousness. Help us speak in ways that reflect Your Word and to love what you love. In Jesus name we pray. Amen….
