🌤️ Mid-Day Chronicles: Gracie Edition 🌤️

Busy Morning, Gracie’s VIP Rounds This morning, Gracie’s room was the place to be! Her pastor, Don Leavell, stopped by to pray over her, bringing peace amidst the constant stream of medical visits. Right after, the floor doctor joined us with the latest scoop from Dr. Cruz (the GI specialist): Gracie’s liver enzymes and bilirubin are still out of whack, so Dr. Cruz has officially put her on an NPO—no food, no drink, and not even water until her procedure later today.

ERCP Adventure at 4 p.m.The plan is for an ERCP procedure around 4 p.m., where they’ll look for and hopefully clear out any blockages causing these issues. Right now, Gracie’s battling some serious "car-sick" nausea and overheating, so we’ve got her surrounded by ice packs as she waits it out.

Resting & Recovering After the morning hustle, it’s finally quiet here—lights off, blinds closed, and Gracie’s getting some well-deserved rest before the next step.

Mom’s MissionMeanwhile, Mom’s off on her own mini-marathon of therapy, wrapping up with a lunch date with Hondo to recharge.
