The Covix Day 4

Morning Update 9:00 AM: Thank you for your patience. Mom had a much better night compared to two nights ago. and so far, her morning is better than the rest, too. We didn't want to risk another morning like yesterday, so she did take a dose of medication (Coricidin HBP) at 3 a.m. She still coughs, sneezes, and has congestion, but we will see her doctor at 10:30 a.m. today. We hope he'll order chest X-rays just to make sure no pneumonia is developing. She has no fever. She is looking more like the Carmen we all know and love. She is drinking her coffee and having an oatmeal raisin cookie 😀 now. She is very thankful for all your prayers, messages, FOOD, tea, etc.

I'm sorry I somehow turned "comments" off on this blog. I didn't mean to do that. I will work on getting them turned on so you can all leave her messages here (that may not be today). Until the next "COVIX" update. 😀...thank you. Thank You. THANK YOU for covering her in prayer. 🙌🏻❤️🙏🏼🤗

TELE-VISIT UPDATE 10:50 AM

The doctor is so pleased to hear how well mom is doing and feeling. He says this is for sure an entirely different strain of COVID from last year. PRAISE GOD. She definitely looks, feels, and IS on the road to recovery. She is happy about that! Aren't we all?!

LATE MORNING Unrelated KIDNEY UPDATE 11:15 AM

Mom was able to get the results just now from her kidney sonogram that she had done last week (completely separate issue from the COVIX). She is THRILLED to report that the report showed her kidneys look fine. No tumors. No cysts. No blockage. She is so excited about that news and wants to share with her brothers & sisters.
